What is Neoprene & Why ?

Neoprene is our signature fabric. It is the same synthetic fabric that wetsuits are made from. It is insulating, so it keeps the contents in the bag hot or cool, depending on your items. It is also durable and has longevity allowing you to love your item for longer. Neoprene is also an "easy use" fabric so its prints and washes beautifully. 

Where can I buy your items from ?

All our items are available right here, as well as at selected stockists, luxury retailers and boutique hotel stores. 

Do you have a physical store that I can touch and feel items ?

No, we dot have physical store. However, we do a showroom that is open by appointment only . 

Do you have free samples ?

No , however samples can be made up for a fee .

Do you ship worldwide ?

Yes we do, but contact us directly if you are an international buyer prior to checkout.

What are your payment options ?

We accept the following methods:

  • Debit & Credit Card 
  • Payflex: The Buy Now, Pay Later solution which allows you to pay over 6 weeks in 4 interest-free instalments.  No interest, no fees and no catch.

    How long does delivery take?

    We courier directly to your door, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery details are provided at checkout.

    How do delivery fees work ?

    Delivery is free across South Africa and included in your purchase over R750. If your order is under R750 you will be charged standard delivery fees, upon checkout, which are charged by our third party courier providers.

    All you have to do is provide the correct delivery details and we will handle the rest!

    What is your refund/returns policy ?

    We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without  requesting a return first will not be accepted.

    Coupon Codes and Discounts 

    There are two types of coupons/discounts that may be used:

    • a coupon/discount with a fixed amount discount  eg: R100 off (“Fixed Amount“).
    • a coupon/discount with a percentage discount eg: 10% off (“Percentage discount“).

    Coupons have specific terms and conditions regulating when and how they may be used, such as minimum spend, qualifying product purchases and the expiry date.

    Coupons cannot be used to buy Gift Vouchers and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit. 

    If you choose to cancel or return an item and you paid using a coupon discount, you will be reissued a new coupon to the value of the discount paid when using your coupon during checkout.
